Analysis Health – Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Analysis Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects "Consumer Health Data" as defined by applicable state laws (including Washington and Nevada). This policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy.


1. Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide your personalized health analysis:

  • Individual Health Conditions & Symptoms: Data regarding your past, present, or future physical or mental health status provided via our intake questionnaire.

  • Diagnostic Testing & Laboratory Results: Blood test results, biomarkers, and other clinical measurements you upload.

  • Genetic Data: If provided, raw sequence data or genetic markers used to personalize your wellness plan.

  • Biometric Data: Health-related measurements derived from wearable devices, such as heart rate or sleep patterns.

  • Inferred Health Data: Interpretations or "patterns" our AI identifies based on the data listed above (e.g., "indications of hormonal imbalance").

2. Sources of Collection

We collect Consumer Health Data from the following sources:

  • Directly From You: When you fill out questionnaires or upload files.

  • Wearable Devices: Data you choose to sync with our platform (e.g., Fitbit, Oura).

  • Third-Party Health Platforms: Only if you explicitly authorize a data transfer to our service.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use

We collect and use your data for the following "Necessary Purposes":

  • Personalized Analysis: To generate your Insight Report and Action Plan using our AI pipeline.

  • Quality Control & Improvement: To verify the accuracy of our AI models and improve system performance.

  • Internal Research: We may use de-identified and aggregated data for internal health research to identify broad wellness trends.

  • Note on AI Training: Consistent with our Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy, your identifiable health data is not used to train third-party large language models.

4. Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We do not sell your identifiable health data. We share your data only with:

  • Service Providers (Processors): Essential technical vendors (e.g., cloud hosting or AI APIs) required to generate your report. These vendors are contractually bound to process data only for our specific service and are prohibited from further use or sharing.

  • Affiliates: Only if necessary to fulfill a service you requested.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law to comply with a valid subpoena or court order.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Under 2026 state laws, you have the following "Consumer Health Data Rights":

  • Right to Access: You may confirm if we are processing your health data and request a list of all third parties with whom your data has been shared.

  • Right to Delete: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health data.

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may revoke your consent for future data processing at any time.

  • Right to Appeal: If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal our decision.
