  • Marketing: With your consent, to send you updates regarding new services or re-analysis reminders.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Vendors

We utilize specialized AI models (such as those from OpenAI and Anthropic) to process your data.

  • No Model Training: Our vendors have represented to us that they do not use the data we provide via API to train their global foundational models.

  • Abuse Monitoring: While we utilize secure APIs, our vendors may retain a copy of the processed data for "abuse monitoring" or "safety review" purposes for a period of 30 to 55 days. After this window, the data is deleted from the vendor’s systems.

  • Localization: Your data is processed and stored on secure servers located within the United States.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Internal Retention: We retain your reports and data in our secure internal system to allow for progress tracking and comparative analysis over time.

  • Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@analysis-health.com.

  • Scope: Deletion requests will result in the immediate removal of your data from Analysis Health’s internal systems.

  • Vendor Limitation: Please note that we cannot trigger the immediate deletion of data held within our AI vendors' temporary abuse-monitoring caches; those records will naturally expire and be deleted by the vendor at the end of their 30-to-55-day safety window.

5. Your Rights & Access

Regardless of your location, we provide the following data rights:

  • Access & Portability: You may request a machine-readable export of your data at any time.

  • Correction: You may update your account information or health profile data via your dashboard.

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke our license to process your data, though this will prevent us from generating or maintaining your reports.

We implement industry-standard security protocols, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your sensitive health information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
